"I cannot say enough nice things about this property and the proprietors! Armando and Roberta were so incredibly welcoming that we felt like we were staying with family. It was raining when we arrived, and they met us at the car with umbrellas and to help with our luggage. "The property is fabulous and the deck has a wonderful view - perfect for a wine toast (we were on our honeymoon). It's close to the train station but has parking, it's very close to the water. The kitchen was fabulous and a small market is nearby. The restaurants are terrific! There was only one wine glass though (easily remedied) but the big bed mattress was terrible with big divots - so we slept in the other bedroom, which was small. Had some problems with parking but nothing we couldn't...

"Check in is pretty easy, just make sure you follow the host's instructions. We stayed in the Stone Room, which was beautiful, very soft bed and towels! You share a kitchenette with the Wood Room. I'm not a fan of the "half-enclosed" shower, however. It just makes for a wet floor and a cold shower. "

"The hotel and staff were nice. The room was clean and modern. They offer a discounted airport shuttle service that I highly recommend because public transportation to the area is not convenient and a regular taxi from/to the airport is very expensive (€35) for such a short drive. In hindsight, it would have been better to enjoy the last night still exploring in Rome and just take the train directly to the airport in the morning instead "

"The place was very clean and the customer service was great! Just a 15min walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this place. A lot of restaurants right next to the hotel. One thing, be aware that the 1st level is really the 2nd floor and there is no elevator so you’ll need to carry your bags upstairs, but it was a great place. "

"Our stay was short due to a very early morning flight. The premises is clean and modern. The customer service is excellent. The owner was the one who personally drove us to the airport at 3am and charged us much less than the shark taxi drivers at the airport m. Would happily stay there again if flying out of Rome."
