"This property was old, but neat and tidy. The room was very small with not much room to get around. The shower was a corner installation with little to no room for washing long hair. This room met our bsic needs for anight which was exactly what we were looking for in a quick layover. It was close to the airport. When I texted asking about a taxi they sent me aphone number to text. It worked out beautifully! I was able to arrange a ride from and to the airport quite easily. I would stay again...

"This guest house is located very close to the FCO airport, and they offer a shuttle in the morning for a reasonable price that we were able to take at 6am. The staff is very kind and the room was lovely and very spacious. We even had our own front yard with our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guest house is near Ostia Antica if you are interested in archaeological sites. It is also very close to the beach if the weather is nice. There are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. "

"Very convenient for travel to the Rome airport and very comfortable. We enjoyed having a spot to sit in the reception area. Breakfast at the cafe did not have any options for people who avoid gluten and don’t drink coffee."

"The room is spotless, the staff was wonderful, it is central relocated where you can have restaurants I would not hesitate to return. The only negative I can say is that is rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator that is something that I would have liked to know but this is a wonderful place and I’m happy that I stayed here. "I think it has only 18 rooms, yet our room was spacious for three of us traveling together, and quiet, and a wonderful way to transition from cruise ship to traveling home. I can see why it has such a high rating!"

"We picked this due to airport shuttle but then when we contacted them we were told there was a charge and it had to be paid in cash, which we did not have. Therefore, we ended up taking bus from airport (No. 8), so that was a disappointment. The shower was quite small and had a bifold door which made it hard to let shower run to get warm as the bifold went in and then the shower water would run outside basin area. Staff was super friendly though and with the bus stop being short walk, it worked...
