Definitely the traditional decoration is superb. I like the bathroom design and check-in/out service was fast. Unfortunately, my room had an aircon issue. I am glad the staff was so helpful and prompt in resolving the issue. Thank you!

Huge car park for convenient parking. Walkable to Jonker Street, Jalan Bunga Raya and The Shore. To walk to Dataran Merdeka will be the farthest, needs 20 minutes. Hotel facilities are in tiptop condition. Air cond and water heater working well. Even bed came with pillows and bolsters. There is a workout room with enough equipment for a good exercise. Definitely my favorite hotel in Melaka. Will come back.

New, spacious & clean hotel. All hotel staff were very attentive, welcoming and friendly. They called to make sure we are ok with our room after checking into the room. Will recommend staying in this hotel.

Check in at 4pm is kind of too late. Normal 3pm already very late, and checking out at 11am create heavy lifts jam and long waiting at the lift lobby. Many end up going down by stairs with heavy bags.

Lovely convenient self-service property. Refreshments fridge and free water available 24/7, easy check in and check out. It is walkable for those who enjoy walking. About a 20 minute work into the very centre of Dutch Malacca. It is also a pretty walk past part of Little India and several good places to eat, so it doesn't feel like 20 minutes. The reviews from other customers reflected our stay. The toilet was squeaky clean. A recommended budget hotel if you're in Alor Gajah.

If the hotel can wash the carpet in the hotel's corridors and rooms. Lot of stains on the carpet.

Very happy with this hotel. Beautiful, very clean and great service. Walking distance to alot of places, at the same time insulated from all the noise. They have a really nice cocktail bar on the street level. Only small comment about the quality of the breakfast, the items could have been made with a bit more care (baked beans were not heated up, the steamed buns and dumplings were not hot. Other than that it was a pretty good selection.
