Ik heb een aantal keer gebruik gemaakt van het binnen zwembad ( in een ander gebouw, tegenover het hotel) Daar kun je ook gebruik maken van de sauna en steam room. Helaas waren er veel renovatie werkzaamheden aan de gang. Hierdoor waren het restaurant en bar gesloten. Ook was de laatste twee dagen de receptie gesloten en een tijdelijke receptie gecreëerd. "No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"The property was in a great location. Loved the restaurant / bar in the ground floor. The room I had was very spacious. My one note would be that the walls in the bathroom were splattered with something and the wall behind the trash bin was splattered with something. Other than that, the room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Twickenham."
