"Breakfast was delicious!!! Staff made phone calls to make pick up / bus arrangements Views from the onsen or public spa (sauna or natural pools) are insane, loved the experience. It is far away from the city part but there is shuttle to pick you up from MT Fuji bus stop to the hotel (just need a phone call) Taxis are rip off there, be mindful"

"The residence was perfectly clean and spacious. Instructions to use all appliances and amenities were readily available and easy to use. Parking was a bit tight, but we had a larger vehicle, which was disclosed before we arrived. The circuit breaker for the WiFi and a few outlets triggered off once, but the panel to reset was easy to find and reset. We would certainly book this location again 10 out of 10 times. "GREAT VIEWS of Mt Fuji while having breakfast. Good selection of food as well. Rooms were comfortable, Onsen access required a short walk through covered hallway but is accessible. Perfect location to the amusement park. Parking very accessible."

"Stayed for one night with a young family. Very easy 1min walk from station. Staff friendly and helpful. Was given a free upgrade to a room with Mountain view. The rooftop viewing area was sensational!! Room was pleasant, spacious and clean."

"The hotel description is very misleading. The rooms are extremely small, and the double room is one tiny bed (the same size as one bed in a twin room). The decor is extremely outdated, the bathroom is tiny, and you cannot change the heating in the room by yourself meaning it is either too cold or too hot. You need to call reception to adjust the temperature. The Onsen was fine. Definitely very overpriced for what you get."
