"GREAT location. BEAUTIFUL hotel. DELICIOUS breakfast. Super-professional staff. All around excellent experience. Rooms were a good size and really nicely decorated (we stayed in the Victorian rooms). Only slight mis-understanding was on the payment terms. The booking said pay at property but they needed to bill two weeks in advance. "The room was clean, spacious and bright. It made for a lovely girls night away. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from bars, boutiques and shops on the Lisburn Road. There's even a lovely little cafe called The Mad Hatter just a few doors down. Overnight, there's access to vending machines which I thought was a nice touch and definitely handy in a pinch."

"It was our first time staying at this hotel, from check in to breakfast the service was amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had upgrade our room using the special add ins and the room we had was spacious and had a wonderful view of the city and harbor. Breakfast had great options including eggs made to our taste. We had drinks at the observatory and it was a relaxing time on the top most floor of the hotel. "

"Not gonna lie—the stairs weren’t fun! But everything else made up for it. The rooms were cute, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing night. We took a walk and found an amazing spot for dinner just down the street—honestly the best meal of our whole trip. Breakfast at the hotel was quick, tasty, and just what we needed to start the day. It's a charming little place, and we'd definitely stay again if we're in the area!"
