"My fiancé and I had an amazing stay! Everyone was very nice and accommodating shout out to “Mama Lucci”. Hotel is in an amazing location! Many of the popular things to do were all walkable. Was not super excited about having housekeeping every other day however, it was never an issue if we needed more items for the room. Definitely would stay again!"

"We loved our stay here! We stayed in the La Sirena suite which is at the very top of the building. Below I list some 'cons' but they weren't really cons - more of considerations for those who might be sensitive to certain factors. Pros: - Excellent location - relatively chill block but close to so much. - R Bar on the ground floor is a great no frills neighborhood bar with mix of locals and tourists. Lively but not overly crowded, superb staff, and old school movies playing on the big screen....

"Close to everything but just far enough away to be quiet. Elegant rooms but some light fixtures are too big and hung too low. Rooms were very clean as well as the reast of the hotel. We were accidentally sent to the wrong room but that was corrected. Could maybe use more staff during peak check-in Check-out time. But it was a very nice stay."

"We booked a last minute weekend stay here after our original flight was cancelled. The staff was beyond friendly and the location was wonderful.. about 2 blocks from the French Market, close enough to the action but not so close that you were up all night. "I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "
