"The highlighted parts of the breakfast menu were ridiculously unreadable. Surely the letters should be in white to stand out against the dark background. That ruined my breakfast."

"Check in was easy and the staff were amazing during my entire stay. I stayed in a single room, the room was surprisingly spacious and well laid out and had a decent sized bathroom. Couple of things to note: Room was on the third floor, there is no elevator. Not too much of a problem as the stairs are not steep or narrow.
