"The Sukhothai is as always, AMAZING! I have tried other hotels in Shanghai, but they just can't top The Sukhothai. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is amazing, the surrounding areas are great - Cheesecake Factory at the mall and the giant Starbucks Reserve down the street. The spa is also wonderful. Will never stay anywhere else in Shanghai!"

The hotel was eager to help and friendly. Many are located at the front door and lobby and ready to help and answer questions. The room is modern and clean. No complains there. If you'd like to have to-go order from outside, the hotel has an area at the front door to receive orders, very convenient if you use Chinese App like...
