"It is beautifully located hotel on top of a hill, with truly stunning views over the sea (if you have sea view room). The surrounding gardens are lush and very well maintained, adding to the overall atmosphere of the property. The rooms are comfortable and in line with the hotel’s category. However, there were several issues during the stay that affected the experience. "The hotel was so disappointing, the veiw of the sea from the bedroom window made up for the intial shock of this delapidated exterior, interior and even a basic hostel would have had more to offer. Everything needs replacing and gutted. Our room was clean but had splashs of white paint over the most stained carpet ive ever seen! The walls had bern painted but with two different shades of grey halfway down, the bathroom was clean but only had half a shower screen attached. The bed......my side...

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall.
