Lovely hotel in excellent location, room was very comfortable, spacious with a newly refurbed bathroom. Lounge area served great food with a lovely atmosphere. Spa was fantastic although feel that as a hotel guest it should be at a reduced rate. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast a great selection. The only negative was we could hear next doors television late into the evening. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very small and the so called courtyard was very uninviting with no view except a building and spiral staircase and a constant industrial fan noise. The shower was ok but there was alot of hair in the waste area. Housekeeping needs to be better. The bed was comfortable . There was a damp smell at times and you could hear the room above. The swimming pool and steam room was nice. We also used the spa area which could do with a thougher clean as there was a grease ring mark around the pool and activation buttons , but the other facilities and the massage were good. We did not get our free prosecco as advertised. Food was nice and staff are very helpful. Overall a nice break but should have been better for the prices charged.

The room was a bit old and could use a bit of refurbishing, unlike in the photos. The room had basic amenities and felt overpriced. We only found out there’s an additional charge for using the spa when we arrived, which if I had known at the time ok booking, might have chosen a different place. Despite the above, staff were very nice and food was great.
