Cari Ryokan di Florence

"Our room was extremely cold for the first two days we were there at the end of October 2026. No heat at all. On the third day, we requested to change room and there was a room available and was lees exposed to elements like no north exposure. We were told that at the Fortezza, the heat is not on before November 1. We talked to other tourist when we took an excursion to Venice and their hotel room in other hotels in Florence were warm. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice but...

"Absolutely amazing place to stay !"

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"Close to train station and in walking distance to the uffici and academia del arte. Very pleasant staff. Well run. Good value for the price. Bring ear plugs because in some rooms you can hear the tram go by."

"Hotel Rosso is a short walk from the train station - it is a little tricky to find as it is in a pretty plaza and there are restaurants directly in front of the entrance. All you need to do is ask someone - it’s not complicated at all - just not immediately apparent. The room was clean - shower was on the small side, and breakfast has everything you could want. You can ask for a cappuccino from the wait staff and they will even get you a cappuccino to go - and there is no extra charge for a...

"Très bien et bien situé."

"피렌체 역에서 도보로 1~2분 가까운 거리입니다. 일찍 도착했는데 방이 준비 되었다며 무료로 얼리 체크인을 해줬습니다. 유튜브 시청 가능했으며 아침 뷔페도 만족합니다. 다시 방문 할 의향 충분히 있습니다."

"Clean room, hotel, nice shower, very very friendly staff !"

"Excellent"

"The property was very clean. The outdoor space was beautiful and the breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. Room was very spacious. Overall great experience."

"Convenient location. Just cross the street from the train station side exit and you are at the hotel reception. Staff very helpful. Convenience stores on the other side of the station - just walk. Restaurants and fast food close buy. Quick snack at the station. I will stay here again at the next opportunity."

"I liked that there was a restaurant and a buffet for breakfast and I have one complaint. Why is the pool not inside because it’s usually really cold in Italy and but that was not very major. The hot tub was very nice. It could be warmer and the bed was hard other than that everything was perfect."

"Great location. Just 5-7 minute walk to the Duomo and a few minutes more to the Ponte vecchio. Restaurants up the street. The train station a 5 min walk. Breakfast was outstanding. I looked forward to the tarts and Cappuccinos every morning. Room was comfortable, very clean with a shower in the tub. This may be difficult for people with disabilities as you have to climb over the tub. Mattress was outstanding. I slept well. Staff accomodating, helpful and friendly. I would come here again"
