"Disappointing stay at TheWheelsFlorence.
Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience at this bed and breakfast. There was no one to greet us, no innkeeper on site, and no personal attention. Any request had to be sent through WhatsApp, and even then, it wasn't handle until the next day.
We arrived to a room full of mosquitos-we killed around 25 on the first night and still got bitten. They don't offer free daily cleaning, which is fine, but at the very least the bathroom trash should be...

"The confusion of a hotel and a villa being not the same property and the pool being 3 blocks away was very frustrating and the check in at a different location. For the price we paid I would have much rather stayed at another hotel. "At first glance I was disappointed because the room looked like a college dorm and I expected it to be noisy. I was wrong. The room was comfortable, clean, and I felt safe. A nice view of a city park looking out our window. The cafe had excellent cappuccinos and croissants. The piano music during the day was relaxing. It was a 10-25 minute walk to most places we wanted to see. I highly recommend the Social Hub."
