The room was amazing. Very spacious, clean, modern amenities with a historic/antique atmosphere. Numa was a great company to work with. Their app is very easy to use. Everything is done on-line or through the app and it all worked seamlessly. I plan to book rooms with Numa in their other cities in the future. Fantastic experience.

Location of the property was ideal. However, we had to go up several flights of stairs to get to the second floor with lots of luggage. If you choose this hotel, make sure you are aware that there is no elevator. Pack light the room was spacious, but very loud area. The hotel even supplies, earplugs.

Wonderful apartment a short distance from the Ponte Vecchio. Perfect size for our family of five adults. Management was quickly responsive when we had an issue checking in and helped to resolve it within minutes. We were on the third floor so there were lots of stairs which could be difficult for some. And the shower stalls were very small. But overall perfect for our needs and we very much enjoyed our stay in Florence.

We loved the location in a wonderful neighborhood between Santo Spirito, the Pitti Palace, and Ponte Vecchio. It's close to many restaurants, cafes, gelaterias, and enotecas. Close enough to everything to be convenient and fun but far enough from the crowds for quiet. The little apartment is beautiful and clean with 2 baths, a tiny kitchen and eating area, and an upstairs sleeping loft with a comfortable bed and a great shower. (Probably the downstairs one is fine, too. We never tried it.). One caveat: watch your head upstairs. Low ceilings. We also loved the easy in and out by code lock. Thank you to the friendly cleaning staff!

We loved our experience at Palazzo Belfiore! The appartment was charming and in a perfect location. Delicious restaurants and cool shops nearby. The kitchenette made our stay even more comfortable.The only downside was that it was fairly noisy. Our appartment was by the main entrance and we were also getting the noise from the street. However, we picked the palazzo because it is in an old building and wanted an authentic experience so we rolled with it. Just make sure you bring earbuds. Bed and pillows were nice and the water pressure in the shower pretty good. We definitly recommend.

Exceptional Apartment

The apartment was exceptional! Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying there and felt very comfortable. There was enough space, beds and pillows were comfy and the apartment was very clean, however, the a/c could have been a little stronger. We made use of the shared laundry space in the basement which was a huge help for our family. We also enjoyed the keyless entry and QR Code check out so we felt we could come and go without having to wait for other people. The location of the apartment was excellent and was a little quieter than staying on the other side of the bridge. Thank you for helping make our stay in Florence wonderful.

Great Location. Noisy at night because the windows are single pane. Kitchen is not usable because the breaker jumps when you make toasts and cook at the same time. Then the water in the shower gets cold and you’re in the dark because of toasts! For the price, would consider elsewhere.

This room, at first glance was amazing! High ceilings, a dining area, small kitchen, big bathroom, cozy bed. However, bring some ear plugs unless you want to feel like you are either sleeping on the street or in the lobby. The sound proofing is horrible. That alone warrants an average score. However, to be fair, the location is amazing. We parked our rental car 200m away. It's a 5 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, really good trattorias around the corner and very convenient with the keypad at the door to get in and out. But I can't stress this point enough: bring ear plugs!!!
