After getting past a few oddities (no human onsite and two flights of stairs to drag our large bags up), the room was quite nice, an we couldn’t ask for a better location, about 100 feet from Piazza del Duomo. Room was spacious with access to a terrace. Breakfast was a selection of croissants and packaged Melba toast, etc with jams, juice, a coffee maker. Wonderful bed, though I would have preferred a second pillow for me. Great grocery store about two blocks away with everything you might need food-wise plus probably a dozen restaurants within a three minute walk. C2 bus took us from the train station to about 10 feet from our door! While there’s no on site staff, I was able to ask questions by text and always got prompt responses. Enjoyed Florence and our stay at Le Stanze di Catarina very much!

Accommodation was in a fab location with a view of the cathedral from the front of the building. Access codes were provided prior to our arrival with instructions on where to go inside the building. Room was very clean & bathroom was a good size - would definitely recommend

I’m so sorry this property is not luxury accommodations. Very disappointed in this apartment, the bed was broken down, the walls were dirty and chipped. The photos of this apartment are very misleading, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The only good thing I could say about it is the location is perfect other than that we give it two thumbs down !!!!!!

Room was very clean and comfortable with a fully stocked refreshment station. WiFi. The location is outstanding. Things to know: There is a neighbor upstairs with a dog that barked continuously for about 2 hours both evenings. Also, if food smells are an issue for you, there was the very strong odor of curry/saffron foods being cooked. Did not bother us. That statement is just an FYI. You will need to be able to communicate with the host by phone or WhatsUp app to verify yourself so directions for entry can be shared. Had not planned on turning phone on but, was necessary to communicate with host. This is not a hotel so, no front desk.

Arrived early for check in and was able to leave our bags in order to get out and move around. The little area had a bag of what I believed was dirty laundry which wasn't visually or smell appealing. Had a little difficulty initially finding the apartment location based on the housing numbers under different colors. We really enjoyed the location which provided us short walks in the surrounding few blocks in each direction to attractions, restaurants, shopping, cafe's, etc. Overall a good experience in a great location

This was a nice room that was in a great location. Communication with the staff was great! We had a couple of issues while staying here. We stayed for three nights. The shower light flickered during our stay and on the last day, the covering on the fixture actually Fell on someone in our party while they were showering. I have no doubt that this would’ve been remedied had we brought it up earlier in the stay. The biggest issue we had was a very repulsive smell that was noticeable as soon as you walked into the room. We were not in the room much because we were sightseeing and ended up bringing it up to the staff on our second day. They came in and aired out the room and sprayed something that did help the smell, but it still lingered. Overall, they were attentive and addressed our issues. I really hope the smell is gone for any future stay there!

Et mer sentralt rom enn dette finnes knapt. Beliggende i en rolig sidegate, bare 15 meter fra katedralen, med restauranter, barer og kulturopplevelser i umiddelbar gangavstand. Rommet har et stilfullt design og et praktisk minikjøkken med kaffemaskin og vannkoker. Her fulgte det med litt vann, juice og noen enkle frokostvarer, og vi supplerte med ferske baguetter og skinke/ost fra nærbutikken. Det tar ca 15 minutter å gå til/fra togstasjonen. Anbefales for de som vil ha et par dagers ferie i sentrale omgivelser.

So so disappointed, paid for 4 stars, received 1 star, Expedia said 4 stars, breakfast included, its why i picked this one. When we arrived we were so disappointed and shocking. First one this an appointment is so old and dirty, no breakfast included, just few snacks and water found in a cabinet, toilet wasnt work for 1.5 day. Im requesting my money back

Die Unterkunft haben wir gewählt, weil diese direkt in der Innenstadt war. Lage und Stil der Unterkunft waren sehr besonders. Der Gastgeber war super, hat nach der Ankunft gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und unsere Fragen, Zb nach den Parkmöglichkeiten hat er versucht zu helfen. Einziges Minus sind die nicht vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir parken ist sehr schwierig und extrem teuer, wir können das Parkhaus nicht empfehlen. Aber das hat alles nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Das Frühstück ist etwas schwach, aber aufgrund der Preisleistung kann ich mich nicht beschweren. 300m entfernt ist ein kleiner einheimischer Bäcker, für 6€ bekommt man ein Panini so groß und gut belegt, da wurden zwei Erwachsene von Satt.

Hotel situated steps from the Duomo on a quiet side street. Couldn’t get a better location. Restaurants also just a few steps away with many options to choose from. Room was quiet and comfortable, grat shower bed could have been better but overall a great stay. Continental breakfast is just coffee, packaged croissants left in room bar area, went out for breakfast instead. Great fro the price so would recommend

The location of this property couldn’t be beat. It’s in the heart of Florence so everything is accessible. My only gripe is that in the Expedia site it says Breakfast included. It should say “continental breakfast” as all the bookings I make have to include breakfast and it was quite a disappointment. There was coffee you could make, orange juice and two bread rolls with jam available.
