La chambre était confortable et l'endroit bien situé. Ceci étant dit, c'est extremêment bruyant à l'exterieur (proximité du tramway et d'une grande rue passante). Aussi, nous avons dû attendre près de 2h pour pouvoir entrer dans la chambre. Procédure d'arrivée assez complexe et propriétaire difficile à rejoindre en cas d'urgence.

Good place to spend a few days

They have a good "hotel touch". Room is nice and cozy so as the lobby. The bathroom is big and nice. But as there were other guests in the house as well, the toilet was very dirty and bathtab had hair all over. AC was in the room description but there was no remote for it. Location isn't too close to the center - you have to walk a lot but it is safe there. For a few days we totally recommend.

베드버그있었습니다 모기때문에 잠설치다가 불켜고 확인해보니 베드버그가 벽에 있어서 잡았는데 몸에 여러군데 물린자국이 올라왔었네요 불편한점은 드라이기를 잠깐 쓰다가 꺼져서버려서 머리잘말리지도 못해요 그리고 벽에 죽은모기 그대로 붙어있는거보고 더럽다고 생각했습니다

Great Value and quality

I had a wonderful trip to Florence, bed linens changed daily, cold breakfast and coffee each morning, and very clean and quiet. Thanks to the host that promptly responded to my requests. The single room was clean with air conditioning and a nice breakfast included. Unfortunately I didn't sleep very well because of the noise in the corridors, the wall and door are not well insulated. The staff in the hotel was fine, but when I dealt with them by email I was really disappointed, they have been very rude with me, and also they gave me a single room instead of a double room, without even apologies and neither refunding me the difference.

Campanella, Firenze

The location is fantastic, a 10-minute walk to the train station, 15 min to the historic center, Santa Maria Novella church. The apartment is spacious, clean, marble floors, tall ceilings; nice and well equipped with two bathrooms, air condition, and excellent WiFi connection; all really great. You just need to ask for things like: remote controller for the AC, iron and ironing board (we needed it), or to keep the kitchen open (initially it was locked, but they will leave it if you ask for it - you will find it useful). You need to call them to let them know what time you are coming, just from the train or the airport, and somebody will be there to give you keys and check you in. Oh, ask which floor and room you are in - in our case it was 4th (last) floor, which was not marked on the inter-phone (the name Campanella was, but not which floor). The only negative thing, hopefully temporary, was the tram making loud screeching noise on a sharp turn - they are building a new train line but it should be ready and fixed by ~September.

O local é muito próximo à estação Termini e dá pra ir à pé. Só 2 quarteirões. O quarto não é muito grande mas tem o conforto necessário para o descanso após as caminhadas por Roma. Como aqui tudo é bonito e tranquilo da pra se deslocar bem do hotel até as principais atrações sem ter que ficar bem no meio do movimento. O gerente Roberto foi muito atencioso e cordial.

Nice quiet B&B room was very clean and tidy, no remote for air con so could not use. Tea and coffee provided was not replenished so after 1st night nothing more, no milk in fridge and was not running so took a day to cool things down. Great shower and large area.

Service was clean and impeccable!

Great experience! Staff contacted me directly to know at what time I would arrive so they have everything ready and they were punctual as they said. Also, they even left us leave our luggage even after check out time just so we wouldn’t have to walk with it everywhere. Bathrooms were very clean. View was great also!

Il bed and breakfast è in un palazzo d'epoca molto carino. La stanza che mi è stata assegnata, anche se singola aveva un letto matrimoniale molto comodo. La colazione non era preparata ma la camera era fornita di bollitore con Nescafè, Tè, latte e merendine di tutti i tipi. Pulizia ok, nonostante il bagno fosse condiviso con altri ospiti. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste.
