We had a lovely stay at this small boutique hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like home. The staff were all amazing, and the gentleman at the front desk was especially friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was outstanding—honestly the best breakfast we had during our entire two-week trip in Italy. The hotel is run more like a bed and breakfast, which added a warm, personal touch that we really appreciated.
The only point worth mentioning (and this is not a complaint toward the hotel itself, but rather the reservation description) is regarding the “one-bedroom apartment.” We booked it expecting a separate bedroom and living area, as there were four adults and we wanted a bit more privacy. In reality, it was more of a large studio divided by a TV unit. It would be perfect for a family with small children, but not ideal for four adults.
That said, we made the best of it and were only there for three nights. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its charm, comfort, incredible staff, and amazing breakfast.
