Amazing stay, was theee ten years ago, and it was an even better stay than the last time. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They arrange amazing tours with great guides. Christian was exceptional and great fun to tour Tuscany and Sienna countryside and vineyards. Carla held amazing knowledge of the Uffezi gallery. The morning breakfast was abundant and flavorful. The staff attentive and our room was stunning. I can not wait to return!

The palace experience

It was amazing experience to stay at a palace! The rooms are beautiful they are different in sizes and every room has its own story. The location is perfect it is near everything. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Our stay here was perfect! The room was clean and beautiful! The location was perfect for walking around Florence. Breakfast every morning out in the garden patio was delicious and the service was great! Loved the little Italian pizzeria restaurant in the next street over. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations

I wasn’t sure what to expect since I have stayed in this type of hotel. It was beyond lovely and so comfortable. The gardens where we at breakfast were fantastic and the rooms were spacious which was a nice change after 3 nights in a very small hotel room in Rome. We will definitely be back!
