Perfect location for a Florence stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Easily walkable from the train station. We were able to walk to all of the top attractions while in Florence - great staff with lots of suggestions of what to see and where to eat! Highly recommend!

Fantastic property! Easy check in process done virtually!! Convenient location next to train station. Made it very easy to walk everywhere especially to the bus station for various tours and to go to The Mall. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. I like that it is close to the metro and walkable to other attractions like the duomo cathedral, central market, Ponte Vecchio, piazza dela signoria, and the Accademia Gallery. What’s unique is that attractions are next to each other and you can find several restaurants and stores. The property is spacious inside and has a lift. It is an old building and so we have encountered a few mosquitos inside the room. But overall, it’s a good place to stay.

Excellent customer service. They were very helpful at reception with tourism information and with helping with our airport transfer. The room was very large. The shower was kind of broken but otherwise things were great. Also, it is in a great location.

Perfect location for a quick stay!

We were here for just one night on our way to Cinque Terre, and the location and value of the room was amazing incredible, both for access to the sights of Florence but a quick walk to train station (without any noise to be heard from room!). Very spacious suite, and the staff was amazing to deal with in terms of communication and friendliness, and when our room wasn’t quite ready we were able to store our bags for a couple of hours which was welcome news to us after travelling for a few hours already. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in Florence!
