"Stayed with the family . Across the street from the beach convenient and has a pool. The pool is public I'm thinking they sell day pass that's what makes it busy and a little dirty is not just for guest. The positive side to it is that my son got to play with a lot of kids and he enjoyed it !! You can walk to the food seen from the back is steps away convenient. Stayed 9 days.the cleaning room people are the best."

"You pay $350 a night and you expect a resort that is well maintained. Everything from beach chairs to the rooms were in poor condition. If I was paying one third of I paid I wouldn't complain and I usually don't write reviews but in this case I had to do it. Mold in the showers, you name it they have it. Complete top to bottom renovation they need for the price that they are charging."

"The shower was awful with water spraying out everywhere but little pressure. Couldn’t even get my hair wet. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I called and they did come and fix the shower and toilet. Ants in the kitchen area. Told them abs I was told it was from rain. WiFi was out for 2 days was told from weather although all the other places we went had wifi. Never came to clean the room. I requested towels and garbage removal. They brought towels but never took garbage. Was told when we got there they would refill the water dispenser but never did that either. Location was good for the beach! Probably would not stay there again."

"Excellent clean hotel. It’s right in the middle of main restaurant area and near Playa Centro & Playa Norte. Also near La Trigueña & centro area. They clean rooms daily, unless you say otherwise. They have water cooler on each floor & friendly front desk clerk majority of the day along with night guard late at night/early morning. Air conditioning & fan are on point. Fridge included with is definitely a plus. I will definitely be returning and 100% recommend this hotel."
