"El hotel es precioso, nuevo, a 10 minutos del centro de Balat. Una parada de metro/tranvia solo a 2 minutos andando del hotel, ubicación perfecta. El personal muy amable, especial mención a Ahmed de recepción, que desde el minuto 1 se preocupo por todo, muy profesional y super amable. La habitación muy amplia, el baño increíble. Absolutamente todo perfecto en este hotel !"
