Hotel berdekatan Euclid Square Park

"The “Elevator” it’s old, we got stuck in it for 45 minutes until fire department was able to open the door. Afterwards the front desk person took the room numbers of the people who got stuck supposedly for the manager to call us to give some sort of apology. We didn’t receive any call or anything for being stuck."

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

" I had Penthouse Room 300.There was a mouse in my room running around 3 days I also found small tubes of crack on the stair i wanted a refund , but they told me it would take three days before I get my money back and I couldn't afford pay somewhere else room service bag had to walk downstairs to get fresh towels all out bad a nightmare i wish i could uploaded the video i recorded the mouse no lie"

"The room that we first were offered was not horrible, but the fridge stopped working and leaked water all over the room. Had the upfront working come check it out said she would call the manger and get another room. 30 mins had pasted and my children were getting tired, so I went back to the front to see what was going on and she said we were going to move to another room on the second floor. I'm thinking okay. Once in the room it was dirty we found a big hairball on the bedding when we pulled...

"Close and convenient to concert we went to. Staff helped with Ubers & restaurant recommendations. Will definitely return."

"Not clean. I was scared to sit on the sofa. Thankfully I bought my own sheets and pillow cases. Everything looks old and run down (in the room we got anyways). Front desk wasn’t rude but wasn’t pleasant either. We stayed less than 12 hours because we had to catch a flight. Morning breakfast was ok. Close to Ohare. Worked for the night but wouldn’t stay here longer than 1 night."

"I will start by, when I checked in the first think out of the hostess mouth was NO VISITORS, first time I heard that from a hotel/motel. Second the door for the room is dirty, door and wood trim in the bathroom is disgusting, toilet seat is loose, tiles in the bathroom are cracked, carpet is torn and dirty."

"For the amount of money I paid for this room showing up and no shower curtain, door the bathroom doesn’t close all the way. Even gets better!! ELEVATOR BROKE! I’m a senior, had to walk down 7 floors!! Mathis was suppose to be a relaxing experience being in town for my daughter’s wedding. Not happy!!"

"The room was old and smelly , there was no water pressure in the bathroom, I had to call the hotel 5 times and waited 2.5 hours at the airport to be picked up, when I call to ask where is the driver the agent was very rude the driver was nice however the airport bus was old and it had a foul smell."

"The beds were not made. Tv was on a littler poop on a towel on the bed it’s on video and will be posting soon looking for a full refund. Do ever stay in this hotel."
