"The front desk attendant was really pleasant and gave us a great Chinese Restaurant recommendation. He was very sweet and I did not get his name, but he was very welcoming and friendly. He definitely is great at his job! I would like to thank him so much! Please let him know that the Chinese food was amazing! And we will definitely stay again soon! The room was very clean and the perfect temperature. We absolutely enjoyed our stay."

"the hotel lost power for damn near 24 hours due to a brief storm and we had no electricity or hot water and had to climb 6 flights of stairs several times, and was told they can’t offer any sort of discount because i booked via expedia :)"

"Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Room was nice beds not to bad BUT..... front desk young lady was rude seemed like we were a bother to her when I explained i could not do stairs as tge elevator was down she places us on 3rd floor all stairs with access only thru a outside staircase. 2nd person i spoke to had no issue getting us to better room 2nd floor but less stairs"

"The area was very secured and the front counter staff were extremely friendly and professional. My only neg was the area had nothing within a safe walking distance but was near the interstate so if you did arrive with a vehicle, access was simple. The bed was soft and clean as well as the shower and towels."
