"Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. Will definitely stay again if we return! "

"We did not end up eating breakfast at the hotel. We did use the spa the first day, which help us relax from our plane trip. The spa under the hotel is an independent institute. It was good, but rather expensive compared to other spas in the area. "
