"Hotel Alexandra was transformed into a gorgeous Christmasland for the holidays. The staff there are attentive and bright - able to anticipate your needs and jump to assist. This includes the reception, concierge, security staff and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and communicative. The facilities are clean and the decor is ornate to begin with. Add the holiday element to this and you will find many posting pictures on location on IG. There was always someone capturing shots in the lobby, restaurant or main hallway. The location is marvellous away from the throngs but super convenient to public transit and restaurants."

The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the early check-in after a long international flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, perfect for a family stay. Overall, great value for money and a hassle-free experience. Would happily stay here again."
