"Experiences major delays checking in and then the room itself was really awful. My tv didn't work, but that was the least of my concerns. There were socks left on the floor and someone's earring as well. The staff was incredibly nice and clearly working hard as they adjusted to being open, but the hotel itself has not be re-done in a nice way and it was way overpriced for the stay I experienced."

"This property was good because it’s in the heart of Manhattan and we were in NYC for 30 hours. Perfect for your one night pit stop. I wouldn’t recommend it for over two nights. Some rooms like ours are part of a 2-door entry to get to your room. Tight corners make maneuvering luggage a pain."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Just excellent! Honestly the room didn’t feel thaaat small And it was super clean and bed comfortable. As a single female traveler I felt super safe Everyone front the front desk, to the doorman to the concierge and guy setting up the cabs was a 10/10 in friendliness. Just great."

"Good place to stay when you need to be close to Wall Street. The breakfast is fine but limited in choice, the room has a very small desk so not ideal for doing work but the lounge is nice and the hotel is very modern and clean. I hear the sushi is really good so has food and bar options in the hotel. Price is very reasonable for downtown location."
