From the spa facilities and attentive pool attendants, to the spotless rooms, to the soothing interior design of the lobby—where the concierge, bellmen, and the amazing, kind staff behind the counters are always so gracious—the atmosphere seems to draw you in, whether you are arriving after traveling from somewhere else or simply returning from an outing in Bangkok. A special mention also goes to the wonderful breakfast crew, who make each morning feel warm and welcoming, along with a truly “made in heaven” breakfast spread that is beautifully presented and deeply enjoyed. There is a calm, refined comfort here that makes each stay feel familiar, elegant, and deeply appreciated. I truly look forward to my next visit in just one week, before returning home to lovely Santa Barbara."
