"We stayed 2 nights with our 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son. It was our first experience with an Kempinski Hotel and it was excellent. It is a well maintained Hotel; and I’m picky. Spacious, immaculately clean guest rooms with well thought layouts and design. Friendly and competent service without pretense. Thai food via room service was less than stellar, out right horrible actually but the food ordered through the Deli and delivered to our room was excellent. Nutritious, super clean and healthy. Just a great Hotel and we will likely return. "

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and you can feel the pride they take in keeping everything perfect. At the club checkout, the staff — including a manager — heard that my husband had been sick and immediately offered him refreshments to take with us in hopes he would feel better. That level of kindness and thoughtfulness truly meant so much. A special shout-out to Victor, the doorman in our building. He was so kind, helpful, and welcoming every time we saw him.
