"The owners were very accommodating. Luci lent to me a backpack, bu repellent, sun screen, and even books to read. The bed was comfortable. The room was huge. A large water dispenser was provided with water. The view from the room and long balcony was fabulous. The friendly macaw made my stay very special and memorable in a good way. "The staff were exceptional and very attentive. Guest services checked on us periodically after we reported an undesirable condition in our room and made sure the rest of our stay was comfortable. The restaurant staff were wonderful and the food was very good. The people serving at the pool and beach area were amazing and always made sure we had food and drinks and provided shade. Please, even though the property is all inclusive, show appreciation for their hard work with tips. They deserve it! "

"We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our spacious room. This hotel has several great restaurants and the buffet had lots options. The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel again. "
