Right on all sides I check both beds and same... Staff was great and food was 9/10 . Suggestions for pool need snack around and better snacks at the bar...popcorn and tortilla chips come on.... We had a fabulous view and food...but yes needs some upgradesm"

"When deciding on a place to stay, we will always go by the star rating. Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta was 4 Stars. This is so far from the truth I would maybe rate the hotel a 2 Stars. "This is a cute boutique hotel in the midst of bigger, fancier hotels. Very clean, and incredibly helpful staff, and they've thought of everything that might be useful in a small hotel room (coffee maker, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, closet and drawers, etc.) My only small complaint is that it feels like a strange place to save money to ration water in a town where the drinking water is unsafe--I would encourage them to reconsider that. Complaint made, there is a Kiosko very close by, so...
