"This is the rating mostly for the floor staff. It is not helpful. Especially the lost and found staff. A little rude just for asking a simple question."

"Good place to stay with family"

"Bathroom was not cleaned. There were hair all over the toilet and sink. Right by the headboard down on the ground there was a cup with yellow liquid that seems to be there for a while. Had to sanitize and wipe all the counter space and bathroom. The floor was dirty and not vacuumed."

"Room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with crisp white linen and fluffy towels. The pool area was great for relaxing after visiting the strip. We ate in Kyu and the food and service was excellent. We didn’t liked the smell in the reception and casino areas, smelt like shake n vac! Would have liked tea and coffee making facility in the room as too far to walk to get a coffee and take back to the room."

"Everything was perfect"

"Check in took almost 50 minutes. There were 2 people in front of us and only 1 staff member. That member took almost 20 to 25 minutes for each party to check in. Biggest surprise, there are no elevator in any buildings.. we were given 3rd floor and no heads up on the situation. Struggled to get entire luggage to room. "

"We love this hotel!!! The service is ALWAYS amazing! The rooms are beautiful and the bed is so comfortable! This hotel has the best amenities!"

"Comfortable and clean, renovated "

"The room was nice but a few things need to be addressed. I had a hard time checking in because the booking had Bob on it and my license says Robert. Why, What is the difference when I had my booking paper? Also, the bed is almost impossible to get into it because it is so HIGH. It needs a small set of stairs. If you have a bad back, good luck getting in it. I mentioned it at the front desk but they cared less. Also, the TV wasn't working in the bedroom. Did you call us? No, I was in bed at 11 and didn't want to get dressed to get it worked on. It seems a lot of hotels do not want to take the blame and say we are sorry. It's always the customers that are at fault. Sleep was fine but I felt the front desk was really rude and condescending. "
