"Stay was okay but needs improvement. The room felt dated and could use a deep clean—carpet and paint especially. No fridge or ice machine (maybe typical for the UK), and only one bedside outlet. We had just one towel for two people and no flannels available. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Staff weren’t very warm. Wayfinding was confusing—clear signage off elevators is needed. Soaps also smelled unpleasant. I wouldn’t stay again."

"This was a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and also a welcome gift which was very well received. The room was great, a good size, clean and well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous. The Manor House is beautiful. The golf course was good and well maintained. "Love there spa but hrs of opening terrible needs to stay open at least 10"

"This used to be my school until 1982 and it has been lovingly restored into a beautiful hotel with great amenities in amazing grounds. Ample parking and a safe environment leads to a peaceful and relaxing stay. "
