"BEAUTIFUL hotel centrally located in the Surgeons Quarter part of downtown! We walked everywhere without issue….the Royal mile being mere blocks from the hotel! The staff were AWESOME…..kind, professional, and helpful! Will definitely stay here again when we are back in October!!"

"The location was super convenient and close to the tram stop. The front desk was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The option to have a mini kitchen was great for our stay. I will also highlight the air conditioning was great to have during the summer months where most places may not have that available. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it to friends!"

"one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."

"Unfortunately, there was nobody to contact for immediate help (as is standard with a normal hotel). This became a big problem for us on the last two days of our stay when the plumbing in the shower failed and we could only get scalding hot water out of the shower. We hadn't encountered this problem in prior days and we didn't receive a response from the property manager (who had responded quickly to our earlier requests for more toilet paper) until we were already checked out of the...

"Rooftop view was quite good. Location was convenient from train station. Price was decent. Carpet in unit needed replacement, but unit was otherwise good. Property exits onto princes street right into a set of bus stands, so be ready to navigate lines of people. Room photos were for higher floors, which likely do have a view, but part of property is below the ground level behind it. Maps may try to take you down Leith walk - don’t follow.
