We enjoyed the proximity to the local cafes and shopping, the large balcony and being able to listen to the ocean from all rooms! A well equipped, full size kitchen and Netflix for downtime made it a comfortable stay."

"My only beef in what was a pleasant stay, was the buffet breakfast, food supply issues, the hot food offered was cold and hence unpleasant to eat. Attention to the details of this part of your operation is required, otherwise, soldier on."

"As I arrive late, I have never seen staff. I also don’t walk around the property after driving 5 hours to get to the lodge. The room need instructions on how to operate the TV. This takes a lot of button pressing just to get the free to air channels. Other than that. I am very happy with this facility. "

Everything from the warm welcomed, personal service, cleanliness, beds, pillows and deliciously fragranced Leif amenities was first class. The respectful renovation and gentle modernisation of this beautiful Victorian building provided a quiet sophistication that was greatly appreciated. Our room provided everything we could wish for and more (two showers anyone?! Wow!). Great location with easy access to Balmoral and Manly...

Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area."
