We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. "Hotel Ixchel is a beach front hotel that has access to the most beautiful beach in the island. The restaurant has good food and drinks. The staff is friendly and very flexible. The only disadvantage is the noise. There’s loud music always playing from different restaurants around adjacent to the hotel. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again. We also had the amazing experience of feeding...
