"They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....

"It was really loud. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the laundry machines, the people at the hot tub, and rooms above us."

"The TV wasn’t working, the light switch wasn’t working, there was no soap around the sink area. Showerhead hits about shoulder high. Etc."

"There was a leak and all of our clothes got soaked. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that caused my husband to WHO HAS BREATHING/ LUNG ISSUES, to have an allergic reaction causing him to have labored breathing. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND STILL HAVE NOT."

"The room we stayed in had 2 doors, 1 inside, 1 to the outside. We used the outside door and could not get it to re-close. There was not other room and we had to manhandle the door to shut it and it didn’t lock. The next day we left 90% of the day came back just to sleep and woke up with bedbug bites all over."

"We were just staying the night to go to the airport which was 2 minutes away. The hotel was nice and clean a was the room. I liked the different layout of the room. The odd thing was we had windows, but it opened to an inner hallway, so it was not a window that looked outside. There was a breakfast and pool, but we did not partake of either of those other than the free coffee. The bathroom was out of conditioner and bodywash, so I had to use the shampoo to wash my body."

"Staff was very nice. Definitely not your typical chain property. Ex: front desk staff was doing laundry when I checked in. Fridge had leftover food and garbages were not emptied. Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees. "

"This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed in my life. Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape...

"Location was great for our needs. Room was clean. Used the gym. I appreciate smaller properties where I can quickly get to my car, front desk, etc. and this property worked out great. Staff were friendly. Would stay again"
