"Awful. The picture of the lobby is not the actual lobby. So dirty it was unreal. Hair in my bed, hair in the shower, food crumbs everywhere! Smelled sour. I felt like i needed a shower from my one regretful night there. She copied my ID which is common but she also copied my debit card which I've never had a hotel do. She said it was for financial reasons."

"It was really loud. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the laundry machines, the people at the hot tub, and rooms above us."

"There was a leak and all of our clothes got soaked. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that caused my husband to WHO HAS BREATHING/ LUNG ISSUES, to have an allergic reaction causing him to have labored breathing. WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND STILL HAVE NOT."
