Hotel Dekat Bonneville Monument Park

"I had to wait for about 5-10 minute before someone showed up at the desk for me to check in. Once I got into my room, and put my bags down, I had to use the restroom and was shocked when the door hit the lid for the toilet when I opened the door. The last thing for me was the hot tub, so much chlorine I could only sit in it for 5 minute because my eyes were burning. On the positive the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was really conveniently situated to the freeway. "

"The three beds were comfortable and spacious. However, only the side with one bed had a TV, so my kids, who were on the side with two beds, had no TV. There was also a broken charger stuck in a power outlet, which felt unsafe, and the bathroom didn’t feel very clean. Overall, decent stay, but these issues need attention."

"Walk in the bed wasn’t made well looks like somebody just got done sleeping on it. Door is framed all out of place. Shower didn’t work that great. Everything was just poorly. The only good part was the bed. "

"Do NOT stay at this property especially with children. The appearance from the parking lot is just the start of your disappointment. It is obvious that the owners take no pride in the property and minimum effort is an under statement. The hotel is stale, smells bad, and is visibly dirty. I was traveling with family and had 2 rooms. I paid extra for a pool side room, the sliding glass door was screwed shut. YES, screwed shut. The toilet barely flushed, the TV didn't work but turned on. The room...

"Sunday night rate was under $80. Great location. Clean grounds, facilities and room. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast is free and good. Quiet though busy. It is our go to hotel when passing through Boise."

"This hotel is always immaculate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options right in the hotel. Centrally located, but just far enough away from the plaza area of downtown to be away from crowd noise. We purchased one of the mid tier suites, but were upgraded to a balcony suite. Staff didn’t know this, but we were celebrating a birthday, so that was a nice little gift. All the times we have stayed, the staff has always made us feel like a truly valued guest. "
