Hotel Dekat Bonneville Monument Park

"The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. One overhead light fixture in our room was missing the cover and the light bulbs. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom looked new but was coming loose from the wall. There were...

"I didn't really care that there was no 1st floor availability, and there was no elevator for handicapped. Only stairwells, other than that. Everything was okay."

"At a minimum, the room was clean and we had clean towels and soap. The staff lady I met in the morning was nice. Everything else was meh..."

"The staff was very friendly. Overall the quality of the hotel does not reflect in the price. The furniture and fixtures are super worn down, the pool and restaurant weren’t open the entire time we were there Thurs-Mon. But the room was comfortable and mostly clean."

"Everything was great from the staff to the room. However, they really need to some cleaning on the pool, i understand that it is outside but the filters were extremely dirty and was stopping the water from filtering. The pool was heavily used the night before and we were hoping to swim in the morning but just couldn't get into the water because it was so cloudy and dirty."

"We came home in the afternoon and found our door open! A carpet mechanic was laying new carpet by our room and had the door to our room open to get carpet under the door.. Nothing was wrong inside but the loss of privacy was unsettling. We have stayed here before and liked the amenities and location . We should have been given a room far from the immediate work."

"We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500."
