The Hotel appears to cater mostly to Bus tour operators with these arriving and departing daily. The staff were mostly really nice and helpful, we used the outdoor Onsen pool which was great, there were others to choose also. Didn’t have the breakfast in the hotel so can’t comment.

"Just 2 mins walk from Nohi bus station. New & modern. I booked a superior twin room but they upgraded us to Executive Bunk which my kids loved the bed layout with single bed on upper deck. The room is spacious and clean."

"All service members were extremely nice and helpful. Location is about as ideal as it can get and the rooms were amazing. Large with so many amenities."

"Nice and efficient hotel in excellent location near train station and old town. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff fairly fluent in English. Gets large group tours so common areas can get very busy at times."

"The rooms are well arranged with all of the amenities needed for a good overnight stay. If you are looking for a well assorted, western breakfast this is not the hotel for you. Most of the buffet items are local specialties."

"Friendly and easy place to stay. Excellent location, close to station. Nice breakfasts, enjoyed the onsen. Staff eager to please."
