"Great hotel in Takayama that is not too far from the station or the local areas that you would want to visit. Staff were helpful and very polite. We had a car and the use of the hotel car park was convenient- there is a small fee to pay but your space is reserved throughout your stay. Breakfast is part continental part Japanese. Would recommend the hotel if you stay in Takayama. "

"Clean room! Staff were great! Their spa is sort of tattoo friendly. They will allow tattooed people into their spa area as long as it’s covered. We brought our own tattoo patches to use but they also have them for sale 220 yen per patch. "
