"Good place, great activities nearby. One thing I would say is a few extra laundry machines would go a long way but apart from that. Very solid!"

"Liked the hotel. Great location. Good breakfast although limited on egg offering. Genius having a washing machine in our room but not the easiest to work out. We had a car so great there was a car park albeit we had to pay a daily charge, fair enough. Sadly no gym. We did our usual asking for a top floor and quiet room but no one responded via the Hotels.com app. Staff need to be aware that they should be responding to messages. We sent 3, zero acknowledgement. Could hear peoples heavy footsteps above us during the night but overall, not too noisy. We would recommend it."

"This hotel felt luxe with spacious rooms and is conveniently located right in the center of Takayama, next to the JR and bus stop. The staff were very friendly and the onsen was gorgeous."

"Wow c etait fantastique! Emplacement facile d’accès, près de la gare et a 10 minutes de marche du district. J’ai tout aimé de cet hôtel! Des va à ces dans nos vacances! Nous avions la suite avec le spa! Wow wow!!"

"I enjoyed the breakfast! It was one of the best breakfast so far. It had lots of choices from traditional Japanese to western choices. I appreciated it learning and tasting the Japanese breakfast as I am here to do so. The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I wished we had a better view of the city but we got the wall and roof of the building next to us. I like that it was very close to the bus station and that we were able to leave our luggage before we checked in so we could explore the city. The staff was very helpful in providing us with information. They were also very friendly and polite. The staff is what makes a hotel experience excellent!"
