"Mixed experience. The room was a good size, the pool area was pleasant and never felt overcrowded, and the gym was modern and well equipped. Breakfast also offered a wide choice, and staff throughout the hotel were generally polite and welcoming. What let it down was the overall standard of service. Check-in felt unpolished and slightly disjointed — we weren’t given basic practical information such as breakfast times, where breakfast was served, or the opening hours for the pool and gym. The...

"The room was clean and well-maintained. However, the fridge in the room was not cold enough. The service was good overall, but for a suite, it did not feel like good value for money. "

"The first thing I noticed was the courteous and ready to help staff, Taj has large tree covered property with both ocean and city views. I used the buffets styled restaurant offering international food and with more Indian themed food choices. (not surpised there since Taj is an Indian hotel company and at my visit, majority of guest were Indians. "

"This is far from a 4* hotel. The property is VERY run down and so many things are broken. It needs urgent repairs but nobody seems to be bothered. Staff at check in were not bothered at all, take it or leave it attitude. The doorman/porter was the only nice person. Check-in was at 2pm I arrived at 5pm waited for a hour and my room was still not ready. After 2 hours still nothing but nobody was bothered, so I went elsewhere. Overall worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in "

"シャワーの水量は少ない。レストランは普通に安くて便利。5時am頃ホテルを出発。空港シャトルサービスは4時の次は6時。私達の出発時間とはタイミングが合わなかったのでウーバーで行きました。好きな時間に、たとえ夜中でもつかまりそうでした。空港から4分くらいで、とても近くて安いのでシャトルサービス利用できなくても全然大丈夫でした。"
