The location, facilities, the staff, the meals provided, the clenliness of the room and the view were excellent. The room service was beyond expectation. The welcome gift and the room decoration was very good with a flower arrangement. One room attendent, Dinesh, was very talented and had a special ornament made from a towel every day after cleaning the room which made us feel wanted and welcoming

Nice stay

We stayed 2 nights, the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The lobby area is very impressive however our room was a little tired and the bathroom basic with a shower bath and curtain. I would have expected better for Hilton. However, the breakfast buffet was superb as was our dinner at the Emperors Wok. The swimming pool is quite a walk from the hotel and you need to use a private bridge to cross the road to the pool (so lots of steps). You also need to walk through the hotel lobby and bar/piano area to get to the lift which whilst in swimming gear and towel I found annoying.

The Hotels location is very good Check in was very good Ms Senuri at the front desk was extremely helpful The Duty Manager Ms Bharshi extended her full cooperation. Big Thanks to both of them The food at the chinese restaurant was great The Spa is a total let down. Its not only far but a very average outlet. Not recommended Otherwise a great hotel

Hilton halt

Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man erkennt, dass dies kein neues Hotel ist, aber trotzdem gut. Der Pool ist etwas weiter weg - einige Treppen sind zu erklimmen und eine Brücke muss passiert werden. Aber dafür gut und Zimmer leise.

Ketjun hotelli parhaasta päästä. Upeat maisemat, kauniit huoneet ja erinomainen palvelu. Aamiainen, oikeammin brunssi, oli todella runsas. Kävelymatkan päässä iso ostoskeskus, rantabulevardi, ShangriLan ravintolat jne. Allasalue ei aivan yllä muun hotellin tasoon, mutta sekin oli kuitenkin ok ja tilaa oli. Kaikenkaikkiaan erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde.

We felt welcome and met only smiles

We had an excellent stay at Hilton Colombo. We were met by a smile all over the hotel and the food was top. One morning we were served a SriLankan breakfast by the guy - picture. We really felt elcome - all the time.
He serves us Sri Lankan breakfast - great experience

Beim Frühstücken blickt man auf einen wunderschön bepflanzten Garten mit Springbrunnen und Lotospflanzenteich in dem schwarze Schwäne schwimmen. Eine Oase mitten in Colombo.
