"Stayed in one of the VIP rooms. However, wasn't one with the jacuzzi which seemed a little misleading based on the description. Arrived at the spa for them to have no record of us and waited for them to sort it out which considering the paying for club access is kind of a mood killer. That said the spa is nice and the treatment was fantastic. One of the upstairs shower rooms has mould on the wall which again isn't acceptable. However the venue is lovely. "We arrived and were welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was lovely, clean and a good size for the two of us. The beds were very comfortable and two types of pillows was a bonus. We enjoyed the breakfast that had a good variety and even catered for our vegetarian needs. Overall a lovely stay."
