Two stars due living in 37 degrees heat & the only way to stop the heating was to turn it off but the fuse. Trying to get into the property: The key safe instructions were fine but once opening the safe, the fob was missing. Tried contacting the apartment on the number provided via the link sent through WhatsApp but call would ring out. There were no responses to the WhatsApp messages we sent. The only way to speak to someone about gaining access to the building & the carpark was Google their website & then get put through to a different department who would then transfer you. The advice we were given was to wait by the doors of the building for someone else to leave/enter and tailgate inside so we could get into our room and retrieve the fob from there, & parking on double yellows. We were successful in doing this & when speaking to the representative we were told we would not get any money refunded but would get a £20.00 Amazon voucher, which we did receive. The story does not end there- when using the shower, the sliding door would not shut which meant we had to either hold it in place or shove something between the glass. It was very clear this property had been subjected to a police raid based on the damage to the door on both the outside & inside frame. The walls were dinged, scratched & dirty, as well as the previous guests having left dirty crockery/utensils in the dishwasher and floor were not clean. Twice before our checkout time we were woken by property staff.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, with a comfortable bed and excellent pillows. Sofa uncomfortable. A public walkway went past our window, and was a shortcut through to the station so there was a certain amount of chatter going by. The safe, was not attached to anything and could be picked up and made off, with any valuables handily inside. Getting in was like competing in Crystal Maze, with codes and two pages of instructions which I had to print out, with reminders of the fine for not getting it right. The apartment keypad was on a hair trigger so it was easy to double enter one of the 8 or 9 digits!

Fantastic location,brand new building. Great appt
The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic.
The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc...
But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. Lamp in the lounge. Bedside lamps in the bedrooms. The black out curtains and blinds need an overhaul. These are all minor things... and so easy to fix.
We would not hesitate to stay again, despite these faults and hope they will be rectified soon.
Also be aware, we have observed 5 arriving guests who didnt have their confirmation code. Hotels.com block your email address to Viridian. Virdian need to email you the code to get in. So most people who had a room booked by somebody else, hadn't received the confirmation code and had to call Customer Services. If you make your own booking they will immediately follow up with an email. But if someone else has booked on your behalf, that rarely gets forwarded on.

It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). The bedsheet barely fitted and pulled out very easily, so by morning you're sleeping on the mattress. The flat is also very close to the front door, so if you have the windows open at night (and you will, to let some air circulate) then you hear every arrival and departure (especially the food deliveries arriving on scooters).

The owner did not provide enough dishwashing tablets and bathing gel. They also did not provide any oil, salt or pepper so visitor need to buy everything even only stay for few days.
