"Helpful staff, great location and clean rooms "

"Breakfast is value for money. Quality of food on Weekday is quite good but the weekend one isn’t as good. Might be because it’s a different chef. "

"I was assigned a room 1130. Once inside room looked until I needed to go to toilet and I saw the toilet seat was dirty. Someone had gone before me in the toilet probably a men as the seat was disgusting. I called the reception and they came after sometime and gave me another room. 3052 which was better but the toilet was for disable people, just a strange room exchange. Made me feel unconfortable."

"All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay including letting me take food up from the breakfast buffet when my spouse was not feeling well. Always solicitous and checking if we needed anything and we're enjoying it stay. We will definitely stay there again when in London. "
