"I’m not sure the location could be bettered for transport links and the staff were fantastic. I hadn’t realised I’d booked a room with a bath rather than shower but for a one night stay the bath was OK. Room supremely quiet despite a busy world right outside. Would book again."

In fact, all the staff went above and beyond by promptly bringing us a plug in fan heater for our room when the heating wasn't functioning and when I asked for some more bottled water they brought up 4 instead of just 2. "The checkin staff was very friendly. The room was small (as expected), but it was clean, cozy, and updated looking. It was a perfect spot for a quick night before an early train. The stairways were very narrow and a little difficult to get our large suitcase up and down but manageable. Would stay again. "
