"Excellent value for a London hotel. FIve minutes walk to Paddington Station or Hyde Park. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs nearby so the minimal hotel bar and breakfast were no bother. Staff were very friendly. My only complaint was the very late check in and very early check out times (1030 AM) which seem excessive. "

"As others have mentioned, family room for 4 was extremely tight, but doable. Superb location, right on two key lines for the tube. Continental breakfast was delicious. Only hiccup was nobody at front desk when we checked out at 4:30am to catch train to LHR for early flight. Our breakfast and lunch sandwiches were in the fridge and we had to abandon them bc no one available to retrieve them for us. "

"Great location. Kettle and tea provided which was appreciated. Single room was very small but adequate- had everything I needed. Air conditioning was hard to control - was on the whole time and quite noisy. I thought I was getting a walk-in shower but it was a bath with shower which proved to be quite a challenge - a rubber mat would have helped as the bathtub was very slippery and made exiting dangerous."

"Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."

"Excellent location if you're a Theater District fan and love Covent Garden and the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square. My room was very nice (renovated walk-in shower) and staff allowed us to check in early at 1100 vs 1500. Breakfast was good except for the coffee, and all staff treated us well. The area felt safe, even at night. "

"We stayed here only for one night, the rooms are small but well equipped and clean. The only problem o had with them is that they don’t offer any services to their guests and they ask money for it. When we asked the to store our luggage for two hours till its time for us to leave they asked for money! When the other guest asked if early check in is available (only 1 hour early check in) they asked for money! We’ve been traveling a lot and this is the first time I encountered something like this....
