But the room was reasonably clean (some spots on linens, sticky remote) and the free breakfast was very nice (waffles, sausage, eggs, assorted pastries and cereals). "

"I stayed in a room with an adjoining door leading to another room, so unsure if that is a contributing factor, but the noise was unbearable. The walls were very thin, I could hear entire conversations being had by the guests next door, and I don’t even think they were speaking loud. I could also hear their phone alarms going off in the morning (and they unfortunately hit snooze several times). Also, the alarm clock in my room was set and went off at 2am!! The woman that works the breakfast...

"The room was clean. Staff was fine. Our tub held water and did not drain properly. The usb plugs next to the beds did not work. There was a loud group staying on the floor above us, and there was stomping and yelling and kids knocking on our door and running down the halls well after 11pm. We usually stay here when visiting family, but this is the last time we will stay here. It has gone downhill recently."
