"We enjoyed the complementary 3 cocktails and food after checking in. They had a very good pasta with grilled chicken plus green salad, steamed vegetables, and soft drinks. The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. Even the manager was checking with all the guests at check in and in the dining area. Breakfast was equallt good. Rooms were clean & quiet. Landscape and outside seating was exceptional. Overall...

"Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged."

"Customer service was good however the room needs ALOT OF ATTENTION the tiles in the room are literally coming up and when you walk on them you almost fall and trip over them. Felt dirty water pressure was very weak. We have been there once before and room was ok but this time just felt dirty the elevator literally took 10 minutes to come down. Coffee was so weak. Breakfast was great."

"Not a bad hotel for the price. I would've given it five stars, but I had requested a late checkout in the evening, but that wasn't communicated to the day staff so I had three people banging on my door at 11 AM. Other than that, it was quite pleasant."

"Definitely not a great stay! There was a hole patched in our room that wasn't painted not really clean. Couldn't use pool due to a baseball team. Breakfast was your usual nothing great. Coffee all day was probably the best!"

"The parking be so far off property, and the lack of an awning at check in means anyone arriving in rain or bad weather will have a heck of a time arriving or leaving. The smoke alarm in the room flashed SO bright, it kept me up for hours. The rooms feel very cold…not temperature, just the vibe. Like a millennial owner threw a couple pieces of IKEA furniture into a cement room and called it good. I was in an accessibility room (did not request the room) and the shower stall puddled at my feet....

"The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...
