The room was clean however, it looks like it is under new ownership and they are getting ready to start renovating the rooms. Upon arrival I asked about a late check out and I was told I would have to ask the front desk at 10 AM. I went to Cincinnati for a class that started at 9. My partner wasn't attending with me. I had no idea if he would be waiting for me in our room or if he would have to sit in the lobby. They also didn't offer any type of coffee service in the lobby which most hotels do. I would stay there again to see if anything gets updated

PKI visit

The staff at this facility are great and very welcoming. They are readily available to assist with whatever questions or needs. I’ll recommend this place any day if you are on a budget and looking for a clean and friendly environment. The rooms are quite spacious with basic amenities and overall experience was great!

I liked its location. My room was clean. The bed was comfortable, but they have a desk in there. And no chair. And the bathroom door is really squeaky. It needs some oil on the hinges. And when you walk into the room, there's a lamp to your right that hangs over the couch.But it doesn't work

Great trip, nice rooms.

We read several bad reviews and were a bit skeptical but needed a inexpensive place to stay while intown for the Cincinnati Open. This was a great place to stay! rooms clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly, it was close to restaurants and stores. Overall a good choice.

Close to kings island

The staff was friendly and the check in process was quick. The hallways could use a good vacuum sweep however the room itself was clean. I believe the hotel is being slowly renovated. I stayed in a king suite which was spacious.

Was a slight challenge to find it since it was off the road behind another lodging place. LOVED the pool size and not as cold as so many I have been to. VERY quiet. I understand a $75 security deposit was charged to me, which I totally understand why, and I should receive a refund for that soon.

This property was very run down. Bleached dirty sofa in lobby, torn wallpaper, filthy doors. Our room carpet was dirty and stained, couch stained, vanity light broken, bathroom smelled like urine. The bed was comfortable and clean, and since it was just an inexpensive place to lay our heads it was fine. Wouldn’t want to spend more than one night though or be here with kids.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in the last 5 years. The room was specious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the thermostat. We were not able to adjust the temperature od the room with the code we were gjven. Other than thst it was fantastic
